I've been active on the spiritual path for 18 years, since my Rahu period began... Nath workings have been a continuous thread during this tantric weaving time, sometimes more solid, othertimes, more subtle. Most recently I spent a year becoming a certified instructor of Kundalini Yoga. My teachers presented the teachings of Yogi Bhajan in theory and practice. I've gained a better understanding of why and how the science of yoga works.
